Transfer Registrants

Students interested in coming to St. Theresa's for Semester 2 (February 2014) should contact our Student Services Department to request an interview.  Interviews will take place in December/January (date has yet to be determined). We will require the student's name, current school attending, grade, telephone number, parent name (who can accompany student to the interview), and whether or not the student has an IEP.
We will contact you in December with an interview date and time.
We will require a status sheet from your current school, IEP (if you have one), proof of address (ie: drivers license, or utility bill), and proof of age (birth certificate).
