On January 12, 2010 a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck approximately 30 kms west of Haiti destroying countless dwellings and infrastructure. Since that time, international relief efforts continue to pour into Haiti. The St.Theresa's community, in partnership with St. Margaret's Parish, has embraced this important human endeavour.
Through homeroom donations, bake sales, clothing and supply drives, athletic buyouts, and daily prayer - The St. Theresa's community continues to look for ways to assist our fellow human beings.
On April 1, 2010 the artwork entitled Angel for Haiti, painted by Ms. Ila Kellerman, was awarded to Mr. Sean Sparks. Thanks to all who contributed. This initiative raised close to $500.00.
